We designed this machine to fulfill several assembly operations including friction welding of plastic parts. It handles a wide array of different part diameters and heights, and is fast to change over. There are 4 component parts that this machine assembles and friction welds, and subsequently removes the flash left over from the welding operation at a rate of 30 parts per minute! |
