This is a Direct Cascading 8 Gun spotwelder. Two Guns fire at a time, reducing the cycle time to about 5 seconds to make eight welds. The work piece is oddly shaped so we used bent shanks to reach into the difficult recess. This machine welds several different sized parts, and is quick and easy to change over. |
