| Screen Table |

The screen table clamps the door frame from the Frame Clamp machine (seen in the lower right of the picture) into position. Once the door frame is clamped in place the operator can pull the screen material over the frame. Once the screen material is in place the operator attaches it to the frame. |

This is the assembly that moves around the door frame and pushes in the retaining seal for the screen. Since the seal pushes in rather hard this assembly uses a pneumatic assist system. The seal roller is pushed into the door groove and the operator grabs one of the zero force buttons to move the roller across the door. The green button releases the roller pressure so the operator may turn the roller at the door corners. |
