This machine applies sealant to retainers before they are welded to the nut plates. This makes for a better sealing weld, and also allows the customer to use projection welding. This machine has two conveyors, the parts are divided automatically so half them go to one conveyor. The machine then picks up the parts slightly from the belt and spins them as sealant is applied. This machine was designed to produce 80 parts per minute. |
